EDITED: Mobipocket format is up — the rest is coming today!

I saw the final formatted Survive My Fire today and it made me bawl. There are wonderful little White Dragon icons at the end of each chapter, and a Black and White Dragon pair at the end. Such a wonderful little touch! The chapter heading font is vaguely Arabic in feel, perfect for the culture. I love it.

Drollerie’s Book Shop opens tonight at midnight and everything will be 50% off!

Deena Fisher, my brilliant editor and Drollerie Publisher, is also interviewed at May’s, Imogen Howson guest blogged today, and I’ll be guest blogging Saturday, all with prizes and free stories up for grabs. I’ll be giving away a White Dragon mug and a fairy tale DVD of your choice. Immi’s prize involves chocolate. So run over and comment!

Christine’s first release is Friday, July 20th at Ellora’s Cave! She’s also running a contest.

I’ll be skipping Friday Snippets this week, but I plan to start with a brand new free story next week, a short Maya fantasy that inspires and sets up one of my next major projects. Of course, there’s an excerpt of Survive My Fire to whet your appetite, and another exclusive excerpt (that inspired the Sisters of the Severed Hand) will be available at May’s this weekend.

There’s nothing quite having the final thing in your hands, bound and crisp - or seeing it on the shelves of a shop! I haven’t managed it with a book, but have with computer games, and it’s quite a feeling; I bet you’re looking forward to it.
